Strategic Focus Educational Services was founded in 2017 with one vision in mind; to provide High Quality Educational Support Services that will support partners build capacity to deploy teams of Quality Educators.
The quality of education can differ from one youth the the next. Often times quality of education and resources can differ based on the zip code in which a family lives. This has manifested a systemic inequality that can be a foundation of life-long of inequities. We strive to be purpose driven in our approach with youth. Every moment we are entrusted to serve can be a moment of impact, which can cause a trajectory shift in a youths life.

MEET OUR VISIONARY
Kristin Battle graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelors of Business Administration concentration in Human Resources Management. She then went on to earn her Master's of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University with a concentration in Organizational Development . In further pursuit of excellence within her field, she also received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SCP) Certification, two of the most prestigious certifications for an HR professional.
Kristin has over 16 Years Leadership and Consulting experience. Through a vision and passion for excellence, Kristin Battle founded Strategic Focus Educational Services.
As a first generation college graduate Kristin recalls learning her VALUE from her biggest cheerleader in life. The foundation of her confidence and empowerment came from her mother who continuously told her that she was Fearfully and Wonderfully Made. A trajectory shifting moment occurred her senior year in high school, where a mentor changed Kristin's perspective about the self-imposed ceilings she'd claimed in her life. The investment of this mentors time created IMPACT that continues to be present in her life till this day.
